2009 Honda CBR1000RR - Photos and Specifications


Overview

When Honda released the new CBR1000RR in 2008 it represented for Honda the zenith of litre bike performance, and calling it a superbike almost does not do it justice as far as they are concerned. It was designed to be the lightest, best performing and compact motorbike in its class and in 2009 they have managed to improve it even further with all new color schemes like the Pearl White and Light Silver Metallic option.

2009 Honda CBR1000RR - ABS Version


For the 2009 Model Honda have included the ground-breaking option of Combined ABS, as they are determined to improve motorcycle at every opportunity. Combined ABS has offered an impressive confidence boost in situations where emergency braking is needed and the vehicles brakes lock up with the resultant loss of control. It is only now that a system has been developed with low weight, refinement and performance necessary for a sports bike of this class.
